A seven-year-old un-castrated male Shih Tzu dog was presented with signs of in appetence and dysuria for ten days. Abdominal ultrasonography noticed multiple mucosal projections, isoechoic a mildly thickened bladder wall sledge the urinary bladder. Urine analysis revealed pH 8.5, specific gravity 1.050, struvite crystals microbial culture yielded Staphycolocci Pseudomonas. Present communication about rare documentation polypoid cystitis which diagnosed by abdominal ultrasonography.
